Nickolas Montano, Jr., CFE, CFS, CHS III, CII, CPI, CSP, CIP, Owner and Director of Investigations, entered the security consulting and investigative field after years of experience in loss prevention and investigations for major corporations, and in conventional law enforcement.
Mr. Montano is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Fraud Specialist (CFS), Certified Homeland Security III, (CHS III), Certified International Investigator (CII), Certified Professional Investigator (CPI), Certified Security Professional (CSP), and a Certified Investigative Professional (CIP).
Mr. Montano's training, education and experience include establishing loss prevention and safety programs, as well as directing loss prevention operations for two major corporations with sales exceeding $150 million per year.
Mr. Montano has a wide range of experience in conducting investigations into white collar crime, with an emphasis on embezzlement, trade secrets, counterfeit products, narcotics, terrorism, insurance fraud, organized crime, and executive protection.
Mr. Montano is on retainer to several major law firms and corporations to provide and direct investigations, and establish loss prevention and safety programs.
